1. Service Charges

    • Labor requirements
    • Site condition
  • Final pricing will be confirmed after inspection or discussion with the customer.

2. Inspection Charges

  • Some services may require a visit or inspection fee.
  • Inspection charges are non-refundable and may be adjusted in the final bill.

3. Material Cost

  • Prices mentioned may not include material cost unless clearly stated.
  • Any additional material purchased during the project will be charged separately.

4. Advance Payment

  • For large projects, an advance payment may be required before starting work.
  • Remaining payment must be cleared immediately after completion of work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide safe access to the work area
  • Ensure electricity/water availability if required
  • Inform technicians about any existing issues before work begins

6. Warranty Policy

  • Limited service warranty may be provided on selected services.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Customer misuse
    • Natural disasters
    • Previously damaged systems

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers should inform us before cancellation.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge.

8. Delays & Timings

  • Service timings may vary due to traffic, weather, technical issues, or emergency jobs.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances.

9. Damage Liability

  • Our team will handle all work carefully and professionally.
  • However, we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Hidden wiring/plumbing faults
    • Structural weaknesses
    • Third-party damages

10. Appliance Repair Terms

  • Repair charges do not guarantee replacement of internal parts unless mentioned separately.
  • Additional spare parts cost will be informed before installation.

11. Safety Policy

  • Customers should keep children and pets away from the work area during service.
  • Technicians may refuse unsafe working conditions.

12. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa (if available)

13. No Refund Policy

  • Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may only be considered in exceptional approved cases.

14. Price Revision
